Albert Justice Morake was a ruthless rapist known all over South Africa as one who would rape his victims in the presence of their helpless, bound partners and then advice them on how not to be raped again. He began his rape spree in 2007 and it lasted for about five years. According to report, he was fond of taking women hostage at gunpoint which often happened in the presence of their bound and hopeless partners. The numbers of rape he was linked to is 30 and he was also guilty of 144 serious criminal charges. The federal government has lifted the ban on religious gatherings across the country. The government had imposed the ban two months ago to check the spread of coronavirus.
