See the face of a South African man who was Sentenced to 1,500 years in prison for rape charges and other related crime

Albert Justice Morake was a ruthless rapist known all over South Africa as one who would rape his victims in the presence of their helpless, bound partners and then advice them on how not to be raped again. He began his rape spree in 2007 and it lasted for about five years. According to report, he was fond of taking women hostage at gunpoint which often happened in the presence of their bound and hopeless partners.

The numbers of rape he was linked to is 30 and he was also guilty of 144 serious criminal charges.



He was sentenced to 1500 years in prison by Judge Rean Strydom who felt it was good though that he be left to rot there. The judge in the high court sitting at Palm Ridge, Johannesburg was forced to give him this sentence as a result of Morake's arrogance and lack of remorse. Molake had earlier argued that he was not guilty.

It was this arrogance and lack of remorse that forced the hand of Judge Rean Strydom, who sentenced Morake on Wednesday in the high court in Joburg sitting at Palm Ridge to more than 1 500 years in prison.
