Engineer Joe Igbokwe was on his Facebook account this sometimes ago to narrate the story of how Tinubu's ADC moved from being an ADC to being the king of Oniru.

Joe said the police man in the picture above is known as Lawal Gbolahan and he was Tinubu's ADC, Joe explained that one year after Tinubu finished his tenure as the governor of Lagos State, Lawal was asked to resign from the police force, and he resigned at the level of superintendent of police, he said after Lawal resigned form the police force he was appointed as a special adviser to Fashola and he held the position for two years, after Fashola was re-elected into office, Lawal was appointed as a commissioner till 2015. Joe Igbokwe also noted that Lawal served as a commissioner under Ambode and Sanwoolu, but he had to resign in 2020, two days after he was installed as the Oniru of Iru.

Joe Igbokwe noted that Lawal Gbolahan was supposed to replace Sanwoolu after his tenure ends, but the Oniru stool became vacant and the plan had to change. Igbokwe then noted that if Lawal was still a police officer he would probably be an assistant commissioner of police by now and his salary would be around N300,000. In conclusion, Joe Igbokwe asked people to show him a police ADC that has served his boss and has been uplifted to this kind of level.
